TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Bank transfer or Airtel payments are acceptable!
- The full course fee is payable before commencement of tuition.
- A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable should you cancel before the course starts. No refunds will be paid once the course has started.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date of receipt at the Hetz Language Centre Zambia.
- If the enrolments are insufficient on the starting date, we reserve the right to adjust the course format or the starting date in consultation with the course participants.
- The liability of the the Hetz Language Centre and its staff is limited to intentional and gross negligence. The Hetz Language Centre accepts no liability for the cancellation of its services due to force major and all other circumstances beyond its control.
